Your One-Putt Circle

How close do you need to be to GUARANTEE you make the putt?

At Next Level Golf Academy, we truly believe that one of the most crucial aspects of the game is learning to manage pressure while playing. We've all experienced the frustration of watching a short putt that we've made countless times roll past the hole. This often comes down to pressure, specifically the tension it brings. That's why we emphasize incorporating a pressure element into all of our practice sessions so that your training can seamlessly translate to the golf course.

We encourage students to keep score during practice and to set ambitious goals that go beyond their previous bests. Each drill listed below includes four levels of difficulty, making it accessible for players of all skill levels to aim for improvement like never before!

Level 1 - Difficulty

Take ten putts from a stationary position to the cup and record the number of successful attempts.

Level 2 - Difficulty

Take ten putts from different positions to the cup and record the successful attempts.

Take ten putts, aiming for a different cup with each attempt, and record the number of successful putts made.

Level 3 - Difficulty

Level 4 - Difficulty

Attempt to make 100 consecutive putts, rotating around the cup. Every ten putts completed earns a checkmark.

Your Best One-Putt Circle will be used as a target in other drills.

To determine which distance is your best, we keep score. The total score of all levels is multiplied by the distance. The highest value will determine your best One-Putt Circle.
